I began painting eight years ago after becoming an empty nester and having ample time on my hands. I am blessed to have parents with a passion and appreciation for the arts which has lead me to this most rewarding endeavor. I have been very fortunate that my work has been featured in the Governor;s office and purchased by many friends and folks that have become friends. In addition, I have sold and completed commissioned paintings for CEO's of Fortune 500 companies in North and South Carolina. I continue to complete commission works on various subjects from beloved pets, architectural subjects and scenery I have visited in my travels.
